Winoversity Class: Wine 101
Join us for this introduction wine class, in which you will learn the basics of wine, including how to properly and systematically taste wine to increase enjoyment, information on grape varieties and their wines, how to read a wine bottle label, the basics of wine regions, and more. This tasting starts with a custom cocktail, pizza and tapatizers. We will then taste five of Peerless Distillery's Rye Whiskies, including four of their Dimensions barrel series selections.
